InPost: Our strategic investment..is a game-changer for our European expansion.

InPost Group today announced a strategic investment and a multi-year commercial agreement with parcel locker network provider Bloq.it.

As part of the partnership, InPost will purchase more than 20,000 of Bloq.it’s NEXT locker units and acquire a minority stake in the company. This collaboration will create operational synergies, bolster market share, and accelerate the rollout of InPost’s last-mile delivery network across Europe.

NEXT Locker Innovation

The NEXT locker units are battery-powered, lasting 6 to 12 months, and operate independently of the power grid or solar panels. This enables installations in thousands of previously inaccessible locations. Built to withstand harsh conditions, NEXT units feature a durable, weatherproof design with a 10-year battery lifespan.

European Expansion

InPost, which has been rapidly expanding its Automated Parcel Machine (APM) network through acquisitions and organic growth, will install the NEXT machines in key European markets over the next five years.

  • The first units were deployed in France and the UK in July 2025.

  • New locations in Italy, Portugal, and Spain will follow by year-end.

Rafał Brzoska, Founder and CEO of InPost, said: “Our strategic investment in Bloq.it is a game-changer for our European expansion. This partnership not only gives us access to next-generation technology but also allows us to solidify our market leadership by offering unprecedented convenience to our customers. We expect this to have a positive impact on our growth trajectory and long-term profitability.”

Miha Jagodic, CEO of Bloq.it, added: “Bloq.it is laser-focused on accelerating Europe’s shift to out-of-home delivery. Partnering with InPost allows us to roll out NEXT, our flagship off-grid locker, wherever people live and work, giving consumers true pick-up freedom. Together, we’re not just expanding key infrastructure. We’re also shaping the future of deliveries.”

Strengthening Europe’s Locker Network

Bloq.it will provide end-to-end services for InPost’s APM expansion, including tech-based solutions and operational support, making lockers more efficient and accelerating growth.

Currently, InPost operates more than 88,000 out-of-home delivery points across nine European countries, including over 54,000 APMs. In 2025, the company is on track to add more than 14,000 APMs, including:

  • 4,500 in the UK

  • 4,000 in France and Benelux

  • 3,000 in Poland

  • 2,000 on the Iberian Peninsula

  • 1,000 in Italy

The partnership reinforces InPost’s commitment to innovation, densification, and profitability, strengthening its leadership in Europe’s rapidly growing e-commerce logistics sector.
