Austrian Post launches its new branding

Austrian Post is positioning itself as a modern, future-oriented and reliable partner in everyday life. Under the slogan “Always there when you need us”, it shows itself not only as a delivery person, but also as an innovative primary care provider that combines proximity, trust and progress. 

As a basic supplier that combines three central areas of logistics, banking and telecommunications, Austrian Post is a loyal companion in people’s everyday lives. The campaign relies on strong visual elements and a diverse media mix – from impressive motifs on two Warda Walls to the striking appearance at the Tower of the South-East Tangent.

At the heart of the new brand attitude is a clear promise: Austrian Post is there – anywhere in the country, ready at any time. But it does not impose itself. Because not everyone needs it every day. But when she is needed, she is reliably there – with a strong sense of security and trust. This “being there” is reflected in many facets: from classic delivery to modern financial services from bank99 and digital services to innovative communication solutions. Always close, reliable, contemporary – for people in the city as well as in the countryside. In a world full of change and uncertainty, Austrian Post offers something rare: stability that can be relied upon.

What unites them all: trust, reliability and genuine proximity. Each of these stories culminates in a clear message that sums up Austrian Post’s self-image: “Always there when you need us.”
