Whistl: We look forward to developing long-term relationships with businesses in China

Whistl has hosted a delegation of 40 business owners from China at its Bedford Super Depot to discuss the opportunities for cross border trade between China and the UK.

The delegation is part of the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business which is facilitating the visit to UK businesses with trading links with China.

Laurie Oakley, International New Business Sales Director, hosted the group alongside colleagues from Hube.com and Diligence and discussed how they work with Chinese companies on cross border e-commerce fulfilment and parcel delivery.

Yang Ciao, delegation member, commented: “We would like to thank Whistl for their hospitality and an informative presentation and tour”

Laurie Oakley commented: “We were delighted to welcome our visitors to talk through how Whistl can help them to trade in the UK and get their goods into the hands of consumers.  We look forward to developing long-term delivery management relationships with businesses in China.”
