Base.com to strengthen Temu’s customer experience

 Temu, a global e-commerce platform, has launched an integration with Base.com, an e-commerce sales management system, to simplify order fulfillment for sellers in Europe and the Americas.

The integration allows sellers to manage Temu listings, inventory, and shipping directly within the Base.com panel. By centralizing workflows, sellers can automate processes, reduce manual tasks, and speed up order turnaround.

“By integrating with Base.com, sellers can publish listings, sync stock and process shipments in one place, which simplifies operations and strengthens the customer experience,” said a Temu spokesperson. “It is part of our ongoing efforts to support and create growth opportunities for businesses across Europe.”

Temu, which began onboarding European sellers last year, expects that local businesses and fulfillment will eventually account for up to 80% of its sales in the region.
