Paypoint announce new Managing Director, Parcels and E-commerce

PayPoint, the provider of in-store and online payment, parcel, and ecommerce solutions, today announces the appointment of Sam Holden as Managing Director, Parcels and Ecommerce.

This strategic appointment marks a key moment for PayPoint as it accelerates growth in its parcels and ecommerce network midway through the financial year. The expansion forms part of PayPoint’s broader vision to strengthen its position in the UK parcels market and enhance customer experience across its nationwide retail network.

Sam joins with a proven track record as a business leader, known for her tenacity to maximise commercial opportunities, implement lean processes, and deliver improvements in the customer journey while driving sustainable profit. Most recently, she held senior leadership roles within the logistics and delivery sector, where she played a pivotal role in delivering transformation and commercial growth.
