DHL USA wins new contract with Re/Max Network

DHL, the world’s leading express delivery and logistics company, today announced a multi-million dollar agreement with RE/MAX International, a global realty company with a franchise network of more than 119,000 agents in more than 60 countries. RE/MAX International Headquarters and franchisees will now use DHL for domestic express and international shipping.

“We appreciate how flexible and attentive DHL has been, and are pleased to provide DHL services to RE/MAX associates at any of the over 4,200 U.S. offices where we operate,” said Randy Morse, Vice President of RE/MAX International. “Meeting deadlines is critical in the real estate industry, so it’s essential that our agents have access to a dependable transportation partner that can expedite urgent material.”

DHL offers several solutions for a mobile workforce, including DHL ProView (TM), DHL’s latest online service which provides access to shipment status information wherever needed – via email or SMS text messaging to a PC, cell phone or mobile device.

DHL developed a dedicated web site to welcome all RE/MAX associates to the DHL Approved Supplier program. The customized site provides complete information about the new DHL-RE/MAX agreement, rates, shipping solutions, and information on how to get started shipping online. Additionally, DHL personnel will ensure individual RE/MAX agents have answers to specific questions and everything they need to use DHL shipping services.

“With our enhanced capabilities in the U.S., DHL offers industry-leading companies like RE/MAX a responsive, tailored transportation program as a compelling alternative,” said Charles Brewer, Executive Vice President of Sales, for DHL Express. “The commitment from everyone at DHL, from couriers to customer service representatives to senior executives, will ensure that RE/MAX associates receive a superior customer experience.”
