Royal Mail chooses DQM to manage Home Movers mailing service

Royal Mail has chosen DQM Group to manage and deliver its Home Movers mailing service following a pitch.

The service allows brands to send promotions within a Royal Mail branded re-direction envelope to people who tell Royal Mail they are moving home. According to Royal Mail around 100,000 people move home each month.

Royal Mail wants to broaden the appeal of the service to other customer sectors.
Helen Poole, senior product manager for the service, said: “We selected DQM Group for the very high quality of their proposal which closely matched our ideas and ambitions for HMMS.

“Working closely with Royal Mail sales teams, DQM Group campaign management and data specialists will focus on delivering superior support and expert data service.”
