TNT Express launches new morning delivery in France
TNT Express has launched a fourth morning delivery service in France for parcels and documents, before 10.00, after studying customers’ needs.
The company already delivers urgent next-day packages before 08.00 and 09.00, as well as before 13.00, but a study of travelling salespeople showed that a following-day service before 10.00 for parcels up to 30kg would facilitate their daily operations.
National 10.00 deliveries will commence at the beginning of June. “It will offer professionals more flexibility with an optimal market coverage across the country,” TNT Express France said in a release.
The service also applies to other TNT options, such as protected and insured shipments, and deliveries to Relais parcel pick-up points.
“This offer is supported by the strength of TNT Express’ infrastructure in France,” the company added, “and the power of its road and air networks.”
TNT Express France last month opened a new 10,000 sqm parcel and document sorting centre and regional HQ north of Paris, which can handle 26,000 packages a day, and now has some 120 sites in France.
