Saudi Post: Direction for converting Post to Hold Company includes different sectors.
Dr.Benten, President of Saudi Post has declared the corporation’s plan to convert Post to Hold Company.
Dr.Benten said that Saudi post has founded Naqel company for transferring the postal items, parcels and others, and Saudi Post is in his way to establish Shaher company, which targets Direct Mail in Saudi Arabia, confirming that another sectors in Post are in its way to be independent.
The Post President has showed that there is a direction to separate Distribution Sector to be through independent company, besides other sectors like Express Mail which has become independent and work according to competitive and commercial criteria.
Dr.Muhammad Benten, Saudi Post President has assured that Saudi Arabia is the only country in which the navigation systems inquire through the postal address, which has been designed by Saudi Post.
Benten has pointed that Saudi Post Corporation has faced many obstacles during its applying for the Postal Numbering with its current form, that corporation has worked a lot “To avoid Numbering” with the other governmental authorities, indicating that corporation has relied on scientific studies , specialized experiences and digital maps systems to launch Postal Addressing Project.
Dr.Benten was talking to attendants of the Informational evening of Riyadh Region, which has been held before yesterday in Alsahafa neighborhood – North of Riyadh -. Saudi Post President said that United Postal Addressing project has put Saudi Arabia on the map of developed countries.
