Peru: DHL firms position in courier market

The Peruvian subsidiary of DHL expects a US$20mil turnover in 2000, as it
penetrated market niches that allow a 175 growth on sales, compared with
2000.
DHL has made several agreements with intensive users of mail & courier
services allowing it a deeper penetration in Peru. Deal were made with retailers Saga Falabella and Rosatel. DHL has a 70% share in the domestic private courier services.
