Emirates Post launches improved parcel service to India

Emirates Post has introduced several value additions to its parcel service to India.

Emirates Post has introduced several value additions to its parcel service to India.

These include guaranteed door-to-door delivery in 10 days, money-back guarantee in case of delayed delivery, an online track and trace facility, as well as call centre inquiry options.

Parcels can be dispatched from any of the Emirates Post outlets in UAE. The maximum parcel weight allowed is 30 kg.

Ibrahim Bin Karam, CEO of Emirates Post, said: “The Emirates Post office network offers the most reliable and cost-effective parcel service to India. We are pleased to introduce several value additions for the benefit of our customers. Our special summer promotion offering exciting prizes will bring cheer to hundreds of customers, besides brightening up the lives of their families back home in India.”

All parcels will be delivered to the doorstep of the addressee. If the parcel is not delivered within 10 days from date of shipment, excluding customs clearance in India, the customers will be entitled to a refund. Emirates Post’s call centre will handle queries about all shipments, while customers can also use the online track and trace facility on Emirates Post website.
