DHL reach speedy conclusion on delivery times

DHL Global Mail’s transit times were found to be shorter than those of three U.S.-based competitors on most lanes tested in the study, conducted by Ipsos.
Overall, DHL Global Mail’s average transit times from the U.S. to the other countries were 1.6 days faster than those of the next closest company.
DHL Global Mail was an average of more than six days faster than the
competitor that posted the slowest overall transit times. Of the nine individual countries to which Ipsos sent mail from the U.S., DHL Global Mail was faster to seven.
Globalmail Business Priority shipments to the key European markets of the
U.K., Italy and Germany arrived over 30% sooner on average than items sent with the next fastest company. In Asia, DHL Global Mail was about 23.4% faster to Japan and 14% faster to India on average than the company with the next shortest transit times. DHL Global Mail also averaged faster transit times for shipments from the U.S. to France and New Zealand, according to the study.
