DHL is appointed Kodak’s global airfreight partner

DHL has been appointed the logistics provider of airfreight and ocean freight booking services for Eastman Kodak in the Asia Pacific region. The company has provided a range of logistics solutions to Kodak for the past ten years, and the new contract coincides with the renewal of all existing EU and US contracts, making DHL the primary carrier for 1,200 Kodak locations worldwide.

Key origin ports include multiple locations in China and Hong Kong, with major destinations in Europe, North America, Oceania and South America.

DHL will co-ordinate with multiple suppliers throughout Asia and manage logistics for multiple Kodak divisions in the Asia Pacific region, while freight transportation will be handled by DHL Global Forwarding.

The new Kodak contract comes on the back of other wins for DHL in Asia Pacific, including a new partnership with NCR Corporation.
