De Post – La Poste in Belgium has selected Zycus for their Spend Management initiatives. De Post – La Poste has currently embarked on a transformational journey to achieve their goal of becoming a true customer centric and profitable organisation.

Over the past several years the emergence and adoption of the internet, email and mobile text messaging, De Post – La Poste has seen a decrease in mail volume. With this shift in demand, De Post – La Poste has embraced these challenges by strengthening their ability to deliver first class performance and improve profitability.

In order for them to achieve these objectives and prepare for the liberalisation of postal services in 2011, they required spend transparency to achieve granular level of visibility into spend to identify cost reduction opportunities further aiding to the success of their process transformation.
