Dr Jose Anson on ‘The “Great Crisis”and Posts’

‘The “Great Crisis” and Posts: Green and Red Shoots and Yellow Weeds’, is a presentation delivered by the UPU’s Dr Jose Anson.
Dr Anson is leading the economic research and analysis conducted by the Universal Postal Union, the second oldest multilateral international institution created in 1874 and today a United Nations’ specialised agency in charge of easing physical, financial and electronic communications and exchanges, through efficient and universal cross-border postal and delivery services.
