Estonian Post joins ITL

Estonian Post has joined the Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications (ITL). Toomas Türk, head of Estonian Post Infologistics Division, said that it was considered necessary to join ITL as today’s mail and logistics business is intertwined with developments in information technology and e-solutions development.

“Cooperation with the Union gives Estonian Post an opportunity to be part of the Estonian ICT Network and in its development,” said Türk.

President of ITL, Taavi Kotka, said that Estonian Post is a very dignified new member. “We hope that together we can increase the usage of e-invoicing in Estonia, as well as it is important for the Association to spread ICT services and solutions in the logistics sector,” said Kotka.

ITL unites enterprises, which are involved in information and communication technologies (ICT). ITL´s turnover accounts for more than 80% of the total turnover of the Estonian ICT sector.
