Martin Vial, chairman of the French post office (La Poste), claims that his organisation is about to sign a partnership agreement with its Spanish counterpart.
This deal, says Mr Vial, is “of the same type” as that which La Poste has already concluded with the Italian post office, namely, a high-speed deliveries venture.
