UNEX Results 2009: In-depth

The International Post Corporation (IPC) has released its UNEX Results 2009. Read the full report here. The corporation said that “quality of letter mail service in Europe continues to far exceed both the European Union’s speed objective.”

Herbert-Michael Zapf, president and chief executive officer, IPC, said: “This is a very satisfying continuation of the high level of letter mail service performance and of the commitment of the postal operators to service excellence to their customers.”
