Swiss Post Solutions secures three year contract renewal with Canon
Swiss Post Solutions Limited is pleased to announce a three year contract renewal with Canon (UK) Ltd and Canon Europe Ltd, continuing its long-term association with the UK and European headquarters of the global imaging solutions company.
Canon is a world leader in imaging products and solutions for the home and office. A groundbreaker in the development of digital and imaging technologies, it is active in more than 50 countries and its name is synonymous with excellence and innovation in the field.
Swiss Post Solutions has been working with Canon since 2004, and will continue until May 2013 to provide mailroom, print support, third party procurement and management, reception and switchboard services to the Canon (UK) Ltd head office at Reigate, Surrey and the Canon Europe Ltd head office at Stockley Park, near to Heathrow Airport.
The contract renewal forms part of a European Master Agreement between Swiss Post Solutions and Canon for the delivery of services in each local European territory.
Mailroom operations at both UK sites handle together over 11,000 inbound items of post and 2,000 inbound courier items each month. Swiss Post Solutions has 18 staff operating at the two sites.
Swiss Post Solutions has also introduced to Canon its proprietary software products, iTrak , uBook and uFile to improve Canon’s efficiencies in mail tracking, courier management and archive management.
