Programme revealed for Americas event

Programme details have been revealed for the upcoming World Mail & Express Americas Conference & Exhibition 2011. The event will take place in Mexico City on 7-9 February, under the theme: ‘Staying relevant in a more complex world: responding to diverse customer needs’.

The seismic shifts in communication and consumer behavior require us all to understand better the new society and how to respond effectively to a wide range of customers with very different requirements from providers of postal services, mail, parcels and express.

World Mail & Express Americas is a unique annual event dealing with international & national post and parcel matters for nearly one billion people living in the Americas.
