Feuding system: China mail conflict
China’s trade ministry is moving to resolve a battle between the nation’s sate-run postal service and international freight forwarders such as FedEx and UPS over rights to deliver mail in China. Local postal authorities citing national status have tried to stop companies including DHL, UPS and FedEx from delivering international business mail to some locations in China, said Cai Jiaxiang, head of the division for international freight forwarding at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. FedEx and other carriers say they are determined to resist the moves. The State postal Bureau has so far refused to comment on the feud.
