Specialist information service launched for postal retail segment
A new specialist news and information service has been launched for those in the postal retail community around the world. The Postal Access Forum has been set up by Triangle Management Services, publisher of Post&Parcel, as part of its postal retail consultancy practice, as headed by Ann Nevinson.
Its first monthly news bulletin went out to postal retail specialists earlier this month.
Nevinson said the new Postal Access Forum was the result of several years of specialising in, and offering postal retail-specific support and services to, postal administrations around the world.
She said: “The focus on customer access is timely, as multichannel service delivery and the need to respond to customer requirements as efficiently as possible are rising concerns for all businesses, but especially Posts with their wider civic obligations.”
Nevinson explained that the Postal Access Forum provides its members with the opportunity to share specific examples of best practice from around the globe, both within and between different markets.
“The Forum also acts as a focal point for discussion of current and up-and-coming strategic issues,” she added.
Along with regular news updates, the Postal Access Forum will also host regular round table discussions for its members at international locations, and produce periodic white papers regarding customer access issues.
