Schenker has acquired a majority share in its long-time Irish partner Inter-Continental Cargo. The new company, Schenker-ICC, specialises in land transport and international air and sea freight as well as logistics. Schenker says the Irish development is a model in its concept of marketing a worldwide network through local knowledge and expertise.
