Emirates Post Group – Contract registration for land department tenants at post offices

Residents can now register individual tenancy and commercial contracts of the Dubai Land Department at select post offices by paying Dh95 per transaction. This follows an agreement signed between the Dubai Land Department and Emirates Post Group. The registration process includes filling up an application form online or at the post office. The following documents must be presented to the customer service agent for scanning: photo copy of tenancy contract, electricity bill from the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, passport photocopy with the visa page for non-UAE nationals and a photocopy of Trade Licence (for corporates), and transaction fee.
