DMA welcomes Postcomm proposals
The Direct Marketing Association has welcomed postal industry regulator Postcomm’s proposals to open up the market to competition. Consignia interim chairman Allan Leighton has attacked the regulator, saying its proposals represented ‘death by a thousand cuts’.
