Algeria Post to solve issue of availability of liquidity in the post office on the eve of Eid

The phenomenon of lack of liquidity faced by post offices, especially on the eve of Eid, seems to be taken seriously by the concerned departments.

According to the director of the Centre National des Chèques Postau (CNCP), Abed Amrane “all necessary measures are taken to avoid problems related to lack of liquidity.”
“We control the situation to the point that we do not even need to do overtime work as we did before,” he said. The management of Algeria Post has always been faced with the problem of liquidity on the eve of major religious holidays and the back to school period.
With his previous experience in managing this deficit position towards Algeria, he claims to have learned the lesson.
Department heads of some post offices in the capital told us that liquidity is available on a regular basis and that this problem will not arise the day of Eid.
