The Norwegian Post Office was acquitted from the accusations of subsidizing the company’s activities on the deregulated package post market with money from the Post Office’s ordinary services where the company has a monopoly. The Charges were brought before Esa, the Efta surveillance authority, by the trade association for the Norwegian logistics industry.
