Pall-Ex launches customer-focused IT system

Pall-Ex has launched a customer-focused version of its own IT system, called Pall-IT. The new system, available to all Pall-Ex members‘ own customers, is centrally controlled by the Pall-Ex hub. It allows a customer, using a Pall-Ex member, to enter all data regarding its assignments at its own premises.
Pall-Ex director Robin Batchford says “It also gives the customer the ability t trace freight that has gone through the Pall-Ex network by utilising the Pall-Ex POD website, therefore allowing the customer to gain visibility as to when it was delivered.“
