Good future for Direct Mail

A recent Client Satisfaction Survey initiated by The Quality Standard for Mail Production (QMP) inchcated that 90% of the 6003 clients interviewed were likely to use direct mail in the future. Most clients were satisfied with their mailing house, with 77% opting to stick with their current supplier.
The survey, conducted by The British Accreditation Bureau, found that 60 of participants were aware that their mailing house was QMP accredited and 40% were influenced by this when choosing a supplier.
