Inserts volume increases

The latest ngures from t.he DMA Inserts Council show that although 2001 saw a slight decrease during July and August compared to 2000, there has been a considerable impr vement in September. There has also been a slight increase in inserts volume in the third quarer.

The figures provided to the Council represent all national newspapers and three of the top magazine publishers. Th enable the Council to provide a more comprehensive and accurate figure for the inserts market the Council says the support of all magazine owners is vital for the development of this sector.
