UK Mail Announces New Head of Loss Prevention

Parcels and logistics company UK Mail have announced a new Head of Loss Prevention. Russell Mannix has been appointed the role bringing with him 34 years of experience across the police force and logistics sectors with large corporate organisations including DHL, City Link and Hermes. Russell has spent 20 years with the West Midlands Police force, 18 of those within Criminal Investigation. His previous roles covered global, regional and country specific responsibilities for security, fraud and loss prevention at Director and Head of Department level.

The Head of Loss Prevention  role at UK Mail will see Russell working on refining and the implementation of the company’s current loss prevention strategic plan.  Mannix aims to deliver an industry leading loss prevention performance within the UK Mail Group, providing their customers with a secure network that they can have full confidence in shipping with.  Russell will also be focussing on the growth of online fraud and will be working closely with the company’s clients in order to support their fraud prevention and investigation strategies.
