Thistle Hotels has awarded Wincanton the contract to manage its foodservice delivery network in the UK. It will share the network set up for Scottish & Newcastle two years ago. The contract covers both shared products and bespoke lines. It uses S&N warehouses in Luton and Worsley as well as outbases in Bristol and Bathgate. Wincanton will deliver to 53 hotels around the country.
