Parcelhub expanding into South Yorkshire and the West Midlands

Parcelhub expanding into South Yorkshire and the West Midlands

Since their conception in 2010, Parcelhub has operated from Colwick in Nottingham, providing both on- and off-site collections and forwarding through a range of mainstream carriers. Due to an ever increasing demand from businesses, Parcelhub is expanding to Dinnington, South Yorkshire and Coventry, West Midlands.

For companies regularly sending 1000, 500 or even 10 parcels per day, Parcelhub provides the opportunity to save on costs through the economies of scale offered through their large contracts with mainstream local and international carriers, including services from DHL, YODEL, DPD and UK Mail.

Parcelhub supplies every client with free carrier software integration. Additional services include multiple-courier web based tracking, proactive email and SMS notifications, integration with eBay and Amazon and a single, monthly invoice.

Parcelhub Sales Manager, Mark Hurdis says, “While Parcelhub’s popularity has been mostly due to minimised shipping costs, our priority is achieving optimum service delivery through our proactive in-house Customer Services team.”

The Colwick-based head office has sixty full-time employees, however the premises have until recently been running near full capacity.
