Huntsville-based defence contractor Camber Corp has been awarded a seven year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with the United States Postal Service (USPS) with a ceiling value of $210 million. Camber has announced that it will provide software engineering and development services (SEDS) to “multiple groups” within the USPS enterprise.

In a statement issued on 20 April, the company said: “Camber’s team will perform requirements analysis, technical design, code development, systems integration testing, configuration management, quality management, risk assessments, business analysis, help desk functions, network management, development and support of critical applications for on-going USPS technical operations.”

Camber’s President and Chief Operating Officer Jim Brabston commented: “For over 20 years, Camber and its legacy companies have been delivering software development services and IT solutions to the US Postal Service. We look forward to continuing our support and providing leading tools and technologies for USPS mission critical applications.”
