eBay “streamlining” returns process

eBay “streamlining” returns process

eBay has revealed that it will be outlining the planned “streamlining” changes to its returns process at the upcoming 2oth eBay Seller Summit. In the programme highlights for the event, which will take place on 10-11 September at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, California, eBay says that the workshops will include information on standards, returns, tools and merchandising.

There is not much detail include in the programme overview, but eBay does add: “The returns process is being streamlined. Based on your vertical or business model, there are improvements you’ll want to know more about – both this year and in 2016.”
