PRC website makes USPS service reports more accessible

The US Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) has fine-tuned its website navigation to make it easier for users to access US Postal Service (USPS) Quarterly Service Performance Reports. These reports – running from 2012 to the present – have already been on PRC website, but they are now grouped together and more conveniently located.

To access the report, you can either click on this link – http://www.prc.gov/dockets/quarterly-performance – or use the pull down menu from home page: Click on “Reports/data/service reports” and select “Reports” from the “Service Performance” submenu.
