Greyhound Package Express (GPX) has announced enhancements to its shipping service. The company has said that, through its partnership with cloud platform service provider One Network Enterprises, its system now offers the following upgrades:
- Greyhound customers can now create and manage shipments more easily with access to a user-friendly customer portal
- One Network will now provide the rating and routing engine for GPX shipments
- The new Directed Moves feature ensures proper handling and loading of packages at transfer points and final destinations
- Improved reporting and analytics for Greyhound via One Network’s Data Warehouse.
“One Network’s cloud platform allows us to offer our customers a great same-day delivery option at low rates,” claimed Dave Phillips, vice president, GPX. “With flexible shipping schedules and first-class service, GPX already provides customers with a fast, reliable and convenient alternative, but now customers benefit even more with One Network’s upgraded system.”
