Dixon Carphone trials new cross-store click and collect service

Dixon Carphone is trialling a new service which will allow Currys PC World customers to pick up their orders from selected Carphone Warehouse branches. The trial, which started yesterday (12 October), is running in 22 Carphone Warehouse stores in London and the South East and is limited to small items.

Customers can order by 9pm and collect in a Carphone Warehouse store from 5pm the next working day.

The move is seen as part of Dixons Carphone’s plans to exploit the synergies within its businesses, following the merger of Dixons Retail and Carphone Warehouse in 2014.
