InPost partners with home shopping company

Parcel locker specialist InPost has announced a new partnership with online and catalogue home shopping company, N Brown Group. As of today (28 October), UK shoppers will be able to return unwanted purchases via InPost’s national network of fully automated, 24/7 parcel lockers.

The service will be rolled out over the coming weeks across the N Brown Group portfolio, whose brands include JD Williams, Simply Be, Jacamo and Figleaves.

When shoppers with any of the N Brown brands want to return their purchases, they will print a label from the retailers returns page, attach it to their parcel and drop it off at an InPost locker location which suits them.

John Cusick, Head of Distribution at JD Williams, said: “Offering InPost as one of our returns options gives our customers the freedom to change their mind without being out of pocket or having to go out of their way – so we expect it to be a popular addition.”

InPost has more than 1,000 locker installations across the UK, at locations including Morrisons supermarkets, ESSO petrol stations and Transport for London sites as well as outside retailers such as Toys R Us.
