James Greenbury joins Whistl’s Board

James Greenbury is joining the Board of UK-based postal operator Whistl as a Senior Independent Director. Greenbury’s appointment follows the completion of the recent management buy-out of Whistl led by CEO Nick Wells.

Greenbury has an established career within the sector and is currently CEO of Parcel2Go.com. He has held senior roles with Security Despatch, Mailsource UK, Secure Mail Services and DX Group.

Nick Wells, CEO of Whistl said that Greenbury will “make a valuable contribution to the development of the company” as Whistl enters the “exciting phase” of its “development as a management led company”.

Whistl, formerly known as TNT Post UK, has a £600m turnover and its core letter business has over 56% of DSA volumes in the UK and handles 3.75bn items of mail per year.
