The US Federal Trade Commission has given its approval to FedEx’s plans to buy TNT.
As previously reported, the European Union has not given its full official approval, but EU antitrust regulators have indicated that they will allow the deal to proceed.
FedEx is planning to buy TNT for around $4.8bn.
