New fulfilment centre in Maharashtra

Amazon has opened its seventh fulfilment centre in the India state of Maharashtra. Located in in Bhiwandi near Mumbai, the new facility offers more than 1 million cubic feet of storage space. With this FC, Maharashtra becomes the state with the largest fulfilment and storage capacity for Amazon in India.

Amazon now has over 21 FCs operational across 10 states in India, covering a total of over 2 million-square-feet of space with a storage capacity of over 5 million cubic feet.
