TPG Italian subsidiary acquires 80% stake in Cerilly

As the Italian direct mail sector grows at an annual rate of 10-15%, TPGs Italian subsidiary, Rinaldi-TNT Mail Italy, has strengthened its position with its 80% acquisition of Cerilly – one of the leading Italian producers whose pre-pay and direct mail activities are in excess of 250 million items a year. Rinaldi-TNT Mail Italy is the largest private postal operator in Italy providing direct coverage of major Italian cities and has a good distribution relationship with Poste Italiane.
