Ipostel leads reform of mail services

The reorganization of the Venezuelan mail service, regulated by a bill passed in the Congress, and led by the government owned mail company Ipostel, will only penalize irregular providers of mail services. There are around 15 such companies transporting mail and not registered as mail services, thus doomed to disappear.
