PARIS (AFX) – Ste Nationale des Chemins de Fer Francais unit Geodis is to take a 50 pct stake in Thales’ unit Thales Freight and Logistics, the companies said in a joint statement.
They said that under the terms of the agreement they will share their defence and aeronautic expertise.
No financial details were given.
