Patel Integrated Logistics and Fetchr agree e-commerce JV

Mumbai-based Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd (PILL) has signed a letter of intent with Dubai’s Fetchr to set up a joint venture that will offer e-commerce related services in B2B & B2C deliveries. In a statement sent to Post&Parcel today (10 August), PILL said: Fetchr provides cutting edge technology for e-commerce and related services and currently is a leading operator in Middle East countries. As per LOI exchanged PILL and Fetchr will establish joint venture where Fetchr will bring technology and also participate in the equity of Joint Venture.”

PILL has reported that its profits before tax for quarter ended 30 June were up 13.25% to Rs. 2.82crs.
