Austrian Post has sold its wholly-owned Romanian subsidiary Postmaster SRL to a private investor. The signing of the agreement took place last week, and the transaction is expected to close formally towards the end of this year. All parties to the deal have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
In 2015, Postmaster SRL delivered about 315 million unaddressed direct mail items as well as 29 million addressed direct mail items and letters.
