Royal KPN NV said it has finalized talks with TPG NV resulting in the outsourcing of KPN Logistics from March 1.
Separately, TPG said the deal is for a period of five years.
From March 1, all 163 employees and existing contracts will be transferred to TNT Logistics Netherlands.
With annual sales of around 20 mln eur, KPN Logistics handles all KPN’s warehousing and transport activities in the Netherlands.
