DHL coming to Bristol’s Central Park

Delta Properties has signed up DHL as its first 2017 occupier at Central Park, Bristol. In a statement sent to Post&Parcel today (24 February), Delta Properties said that DHL will soon start development of a new, bespoke 160,000 sq ft unit on the 15-acre site.

Commenting on the deal, Michael Shebson of Delta Properties said: “We are delighted to welcome DHL to Central Park. They have a superb, world class reputation, which fits perfectly into the scheme we have created.”
