Europa appoints recruitment specialist

Europa Worldwide has appointed Victoria Brown as the new Group Resourcing and Talent Acquisition Manager. Brown, who has more than a decade’s experience in the recruitment sector, has previously worked for brands such as easyJet, Barclaycard and Avon.

Commenting on her appointment, Brown said: “My role will be to focus on recruitment strategy and to design a talent management method for the business, both internally and externally. In a previous role, I transformed a major department through a period of growth, based on a strategy of succession planning, learning and development – and there is the opportunity to do something similar here at Europa.”
